READY FOR ADVENTURE?!
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING
Below is all the relevant information about the camp. We fully trust in our ability to make our campers enjoy themselves to the fullest. However, we also like to make the experience enjoyable for parents.
If you feel that you are missing any specific information, feel free to ask us. Although at first we are a bit nervous about our little ones leaving home for a few days, as a general rule we are the parents who are the most worried while they are enjoying themselves. That is why we want you to have all the information you need.
CHECK IN OR CHECKPOINT:
Upon arrival at the camp, it will be inevitable not to go through the checkpoint at the entrance, where we will register each student. It is there that we will tag and collect:
Wallets
Mobiles
Medicines
Our team will guide you to the zomun area and will begin to guide you to your assigned rooms respecting the requests you have specified regarding groups.

PERSONAL EXPENSE
IT IS MANDATORY TO BRING A WALLET OR PURSE, and in it:
We recommend bringing €30 in €5 bills per shift for personal expenses for purchases on excursions.
PROTOCOL
Our monitors will monitor the money and we will keep a record of the money they spend. Every time we go to the beach we will give them a portion of the money and we will monitor what they give us back. If they lose the money during that time we are not responsible, but at least by only giving them a portion each time we prevent them from being left with nothing. At the end of the shift the wallets are returned with the remainder.
MEDICINE
IT IS MANDATORY TO BRING IT LABELLED WITH THE CAMPER'S NAME AND SEND US THE MEDICAL REPORT WHICH SPECIFIES THE METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION AND STORAGE AS WELL AS THE INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW.
PROTOCOL
Our monitors will collect all medicines at the Check In or Control Point upon arrival at the camp. There will be a person in charge at the camp who will be aware of the schedules and times to administer them and remind those who need them. The instructions provided in the medical report will be followed.
We will take the medicines on the excursion with the first aid kit unless it is not necessary.
At the end of the shift, we will return it to the students so they can take it home. If they forget it in the facilities upon leaving, we will probably throw it away since we clean up immediately after finishing.
Contact telephone numbers
WE WILL PUBLISH THE CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS OF THE CAMP COORDINATORS WHEN THE DATE APPROACHES, WHICH SHOULD ONLY BE USED FOR EMERGENCIES.
ADMINISTRATION TELEPHONE:
+34603233122
Mobiles and calls home
Our instructors will collect all cell phones at the check-in point or control point upon arrival at the camp. It is not mandatory to bring them. We recommend not bringing them, as one of the objectives is for you to disconnect from technology and enjoy nature while making friends.
If they bring them, they will be left with them every 2 days of each shift before dinner when the day's activities have finished for half an hour. The purpose is for them to call home. In case we are late one day, they will call you as soon as possible.
We recommend that they choose to call home, as they are often having a good time and the contact is more for the parents who miss them and want to know if they are okay. In our experience, if they don't call, it is for this reason.
If something happens outside of these hours, or they are worried because they miss their family, we will put them in contact with you using the coordinator's telephone number.
Follow live @verano.aventura
So that you can follow the camp dynamics live, we will be uploading "stories" and a daily log on our Instagram @verano.aventura
At the same time, we will send photos to the camp WhatsApp group on a daily basis, as long as our team can accommodate us without neglecting to be with the kids. At the end of the camp, we will send an email with all the photos and videos of the camp to each one. WhatsApp groups will be activated starting June 20.
